A classic sweet potato pie topped with fluffy marshmallows for a delicious twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  5. Remove from oven and top with mini marshmallows.
  6. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh sweet potatoes for best flavor.
  • Allow pie to cool completely before slicing.
