A simple and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken glazed with teriyaki sauce, served over rice with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until fully done.
  4. Pour teriyaki sauce over chicken and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Steam broccoli and carrots for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Slice chicken and serve over rice with vegetables.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
