- 1 salmon fillet (about 6 oz)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp furikake seasoning
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Season salmon with soy sauce and cook in a pan for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Flake cooked salmon into small pieces.
