- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 5 eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sift flour and baking powder together.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Fold in flour mixture until just combined. Pour batter into prepared dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Pierce cake all over with a fork.
- Mix whole milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Pour over cake.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks form. Spread over cake before serving.
