- 1 whole wheat flatbread
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions, and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges crisp.
