A quick and healthy veggie flatbread pizza loaded with fresh vegetables and cheese. Perfect for a light meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat flatbread
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions, and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges crisp.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
