- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrot sticks
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup bell pepper strips
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wash and cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the vegetables on a serving platter.
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, basil, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the dip to a small bowl and place it in the center of the veggie platter.
- Serve chilled.
