- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface. Shape into a circle and cut into wedges.
- Place scones on baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
