- 1 cup wild rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Rinse the wild rice under cold water.
