8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
On a plate, combine chopped pecans and parsley. Roll the cheese ball in the nut mixture until coated.
Serve with crackers or sliced vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
You can substitute walnuts or almonds for pecans.
For a spicier ball, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Make ahead: Prepare up to 2 days in advance. Keep wrapped in fridge.
