1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 medium apple, peeled and diced
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the diced apple, cheddar cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares.
Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
Place the bundles seam-side down on the baking sheet.
