A warm and gooey baked brie topped with sweet apple crisp. This appetizer combines creamy cheese with spiced apples and a crunchy oat topping.

  • 1 wheel (8 oz) brie cheese
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix diced apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon this mixture over the brie.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, and cold butter. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and the topping is golden.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
