- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.
- Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, corn, and black beans.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
