  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, bourbon, eggs, and heavy cream.
  3. Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.
