- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (vegetarian, no anchovies)
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press each wonton wrapper into a mini muffin tin cup. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In a bowl, mix romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons, lemon juice, and black pepper.
