  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup diced fresh mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. Toss mushroom caps with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
