  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. Toss diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over cheesecake batter.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
