1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
4 cups cold water
Instructions
Combine coffee grounds and cold water in a jar.
Stir gently to ensure all grounds are wet.
Cover and let steep at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
Strain the concentrate through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
Dilute concentrate with water or milk to taste.
Serve over ice.
Notes
Use a coarse grind to prevent over-extraction.
