These cranberry brie bites are a quick appetizer with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce in a crispy pastry cup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares. Press each square into a mini muffin tin.
  3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  4. Top each with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until pastry is golden and brie is melted.
  6. Let cool for 2 minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • You can use crescent roll dough instead of puff pastry.
  • For a sweeter version, add a drizzle of honey after baking.
