A simple and delicious blueberry crisp with a crunchy oat topping.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Pour berry mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle topping evenly over blueberries.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
