- 6 cups sliced fresh peaches
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
