A simple and delicious sheet pan lasagna that bakes in one pan for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on a sheet pan.
  7. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
  8. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

  • Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
  • Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
