- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
