- 1 pound ground pork or turkey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 bag (14 ounces) coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground meat. Cook and crumble until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook 2 minutes.
- Add coleslaw mix. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir well.
- Cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

- You can use ground chicken or beef instead of pork.
