A simple garlic herb flatbread with fresh flavors and soft texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet (7g) active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out dough into a thin circle.
  5. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle minced garlic and herbs.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
