A simple and flavorful side dish featuring sweet corn tossed with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add corn kernels and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh corn for the best flavor, but frozen works well too.
