- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a bowl.
