Grilled steak kabobs are a delicious and easy-to-make meal perfect for summer cookouts. Juicy steak cubes are marinated, skewered with vegetables, and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add steak cubes to the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Thread marinated steak, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
