- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
