  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 count)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in frozen vegetables, flour, broth, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook until thickened.
