  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and honey until creamy. Add applesauce, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
