  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each fillet generously with the honey garlic glaze.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • For crispier skin, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes.
