A creamy, cheesy dip with spinach and artichokes. Baked until bubbly and golden. Serve with chips, bread, or vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Squeeze excess water from the thawed spinach. Pat artichoke hearts dry.
  3. In a large bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. The top should be lightly golden.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use fresh spinach. Cook and drain it first.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
