Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until uniform.
  3. Form the mixture into 12 small patties, each about 2 inches wide.

  5. Bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven. Place each patty on a slider bun bottom.
  7. Spoon 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce over each patty.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  • You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
  • For a crispier texture, toast the buns before assembling.
