1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the Jiffy corn muffin mix, creamed corn, drained whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. The top should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
