- 400g penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g black olives, sliced
- 150g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish. Top with feta and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden.
