  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss zucchini slices in olive oil, then coat them evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately.
