- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Oil for frying
