- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup water
