- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Combine BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a saucepan.
