- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the pumpkin mixture until coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if using.
