  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  3. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the pumpkin mixture until coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if using.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden and the center is set. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use buttermilk biscuits for a tangier flavor.
