- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
