- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
