- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
