  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8 baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to make brownie batter.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Spread brownie batter in the pan. Drop spoonfuls of pumpkin mixture on top.
  7. Use a knife to swirl the pumpkin into the brownie batter.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
