- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, sliced thin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- Slice beef into thin strips.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat beef strips with the spice mixture.
- Place beef in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Mix Greek yogurt and diced cucumber to make tzatziki sauce.
- Warm pita bread before serving.
- Assemble gyros with beef and tzatziki sauce.

- You can use lamb instead of beef.
