- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Place beef bites and potatoes in slow cooker
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika
- Pour garlic butter mixture over beef and potatoes
- Add beef broth
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours
- Stir once halfway through cooking
- Serve hot
Notes
- For crispier potatoes, broil for 2-3 minutes after slow cooking
- Can substitute sirloin with stew meat
- Add vegetables like carrots or mushrooms if desired
