A creamy and cheesy dip with spinach and artichokes. Perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Serve warm with chips or bread.

Notes

  • You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen. Cook it first and squeeze out the water.
  • For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
