- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen. Cook it first and squeeze out the water.
- For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
