- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
