  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread waffle fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle both cheeses evenly over fries.
  5. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Top with tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and jalapeño.
  7. Drizzle with sour cream and salsa.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  9. Serve immediately.
