- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in dried cranberries.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan. Spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- You can use fresh cranberries, but dry them first.
