White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

A creamy white chocolate fudge packed with tart dried cranberries. Easy to make with no baking required.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • You can use fresh cranberries, but dry them first.
  • Add orange zest for extra flavor.
