- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press mixture into the pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth. Pour over the crust.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the center is set. Cool completely in the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
